Jillian Michaels RIPPED in 30 FREE DVD Giveaway

Update!

That’s right, I gave away a dozen or so of these DVDs back before it ever came out. Now, 6 months later, everyone loves the DVD and I seem to have uncovered another 8 copies! They don’t do anyone any good sitting around my computer, so instead of selling them, I’m going to give them away.

All you have to do is follow the simple qualifying instructions, and you could win a copy too. All previous entries are null and void, so lets restart this campaign and give some DVDs away for free.

I’m sure plenty of you will enjoy working out at home in your living room instead of dragging your butt to the gym. Actually the Jillian workout would be great for anyone looking to take a day off from weight training, and it would be perfect for anyone who regularly works out at home, especially those who use DVD workouts.

You might care about Jillian Michaels because she has helped hundreds of people to lose weight and change their lifestyle habits on TV’s The Biggest Loser, and through her books, DVDs, website, newsletter, Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, and I guess she’s even got a video game for the WII. No matter the buzz around Jillian, whether positive of negative, if you are out of shape and looking for a solution, following Jillian’s diet and exercise advice is better than staying on the couch.

Jillian has been called “America’s Toughest Trainer”, which may or may not be true, but she sure knows how to motivate folks to train hard and lose weight. I keep hearing great things about one of her previous DVDs, the 30 Day Shred. In fact there are more Jillian Michaels fans who read Project Swole than I ever could have imagined.

Jillian might be tough, but there are some pretty tough professional athletic trainers, and celebrity trainers in Hollywood too, who train those RIPPED jocks and action stars you know and love. However, Jillian is much more affordable and available than the trainers I just mentioned. Why? Sorry to say, I didn’t watch the DVD because I’m giving them all away, so I don’t know what the workouts or diet plan are like. Chances are they will work as good as, or better than, whatever you are doing now… remember you get out of it what you put into it.
